After viewing their extensive online catalogue, I chose the Omega Aqua Terra GMT as my first luxury watch purchase. I hesitated to buy online without having seen the watch up close, so before ordering I travelled to the Bluek shop in Shinsaibashi, phoning ahead to check that the Omega was in stock. They have a great selection of watches at heavily discounted prices. I appreciated how the staff there allowed me to browse undisturbed, but then were ready to assist when I asked for help. I was able to try on the Aqua Terra for size, and they answered all my queries about buying from a parallel import store (which I'd never done before). Of course, the watches in the store are available for immediate purchase, but the discounts are even greater if you order online. I placed my order soon as I got home from the shop, and two days later my watch arrived by courier, beautifully packaged, and of course, with the original Omega case and International Warranty cards included. The Bluek staff were nothing but professional throughout my purchase, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a luxury watch. I will admit to first being unsure about buying from anywhere but an authorised Omega dealer, but now I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the excellent service I received from Bluek. I love my new watch and paid only about half of what it is currently selling for at my local Omega Boutique. Thank you, Bluek!
